There’s money sitting in your customer list.

You’ve spent years, and a lot of ad money, bringing customers in. Your email & SMS should give them a reason to come back.

  • One purchase. Then silence.

Past buyers have already chosen you once. Too many never get a reason to come back.

  • Sending without knowing.

The campaigns go out. But which ones made money, and which ones just went out?

  • Flows left on autopilot.

The automated emails were built a while ago. Nobody has really looked at them since.

  • Paying for the same buyer.

Even repeat orders still seem to need another ad behind them.

  • Discounting the margin away.

A slow month turns into another sitewide sale. The margin goes with it.

  • Knowing there’s more in the list.

You know email could do more. You need a team that knows what to change.

You’ve already built the list. We build the retention system that puts it to work.

What attributed revenue could look like.

Our clients typically see 30–40% of total revenue attributed to email & SMS. For a brand with $7M in annual revenue, a 30% share is $2.1M; a 40% share is $2.8M.

This is an example, not a promise. The illustration holds total revenue at $7M. Attributed revenue is not necessarily incremental revenue; your account and attribution settings affect the figures.

Ads bring them in.

You invest in finding your next customer. The spending keeps going as you grow.

Your list brings them back.

Flows, campaigns and SMS give existing customers another reason to buy. You own the list and the account.

Retention needs its own team.

Most brands have tried. The missing piece is time, consistency and someone who owns the whole channel.

  1. 01

    One person wears every hat.

Retention takes strategy, copy, design, testing and technical implementation. When one person does it all alongside their other work, opportunities get left behind.

  2. 02

An agency gets half of it right.

The creative looks good, or the numbers do. Your brand needs both, with the same people on the account.

  3. 03

All the attention goes to ads.

The next new customer gets the focus. Everything after the first order gets left behind.

    Research your brand and account.

We start with a detailed onboarding questionnaire, industry and marketing research, and a Klaviyo audit. Our internal retention report helps the team understand your brand, spot opportunities and set account priorities.

  2. After onboarding

    Start with the right priorities.

Some brands begin with campaign management. When flow work is warranted and included in the agreed scope, we rebuild the relevant automations. Your starting point and rollout follow your account’s needs and the work we agree together.

  3. Ongoing strategy

    Build around your own list.

Your products, buying patterns, engagement and customer nuances shape the segmentation strategy and monthly email & SMS calendar. About 70% of campaigns are A/B tested. You review the creative in one Figma walkthrough.

  4. Every Monday + every month

    See what the work delivers.

Every Monday, you get a recap of the previous week. Monthly strategy calls and custom reporting show the revenue attributed to email & SMS, with clear context for your team.

Is this a fit?

For your brand

This is for you if:

  • You do $1M+ a year in online sales.
  • You use Klaviyo, or are open to moving. Shopify is ideal.
  • Your ads bring in customers. You want email & SMS to bring them back.
  • You want a team to own the strategy and creative within an agreed campaign, flow or SMS scope.
Better with another option

We’re not the right fit if:

  • Your brand is under $1M a year.
  • You plan to stay on another email platform.
  • You need a one-off project or a quick sales spike.
  • You want someone to send what you hand them, without strategic input.

I’ve been on your side of the numbers.

I ran my own e-commerce brand from 2015. I was the one paying for ads and watching what came back. I started LaRose & Co. in 2017 around one idea: acquiring customers is expensive, so we make sure you keep them.

Stephanie, our lead designer, and Tess, our copywriter, have both been with us since 2021. The people who learn your brand keep running it.

Questions before you apply?

The team, the timing and what stays yours.

We've been burned by an agency before. Why would this be different?

We hear that a lot. We stay small on purpose, so the same people learn your brand and keep working on your account. You meet us and review your current account before deciding whether we’re a fit. The priorities and scope are agreed together.

How long do we have to commit?

Our standard commitment is six months. If that is a dealbreaker, we can discuss a three-month initial term. Contracts automatically renew for another six-month period unless we receive at least 30 days’ notice before the current period ends. Every flow, template and segment we build stays in your Klaviyo account.

How fast will we see results?

Onboarding takes about two weeks. What launches next, and when, depends on your agreed scope: some clients start with campaign management, while others need flow work. We agree the rollout around your account’s priorities. Retention takes ongoing work, and we review progress against your starting point at six months.

We already have someone running email. Does this replace them?

Not necessarily. Retention combines strategy, copywriting, design, account management and technical implementation. One person wearing every hat can leave opportunities underdeveloped. Our team can take on the agreed work so your in-house person has more room for the wider marketing picture.

Will you actually get our brand and voice?

Our detailed onboarding questionnaire goes into your brand, products, audience, visual identity and tone of voice. We combine that with industry and marketing research and a review of your existing creative, so the team starts with shared context. You review campaign creative in Figma before it goes out, and the same designer and copywriter keep learning your brand.

How do you attribute revenue to email & SMS?

We use custom reporting and walk you through how revenue is attributed to email & SMS, including the attribution settings behind it. Attributed revenue is not necessarily incremental revenue. The aim is a clear view your whole team can understand.
